Genevieve Mary Overell AM FAICD HonRAIA is a company director, audit committee chair and trusted adviser. Formerly Head of Government Advisory at Deutsche Bank Australia, Senior Executive in the Victorian Government and KPMG Partner, Genevieve brings multi-sectoral experience in infrastructure, property and construction and government projects.

As a non-executive director, Genevieve has actively contributed to strengthening, diversifying and developing organisations’ economic, social and environmental performance. Her board activities have ranged from merger and acquisitions, CEO recruitment and mentoring to major IT transformation and systems-migration projects, financial reporting and external and internal audit processes, as well as all aspects of risk management and regulatory compliances.

Drawing on her domain knowledge and experience, Genevieve deploys a practical mix of advisory and technical skills to boards across financial services, foreign investment, healthcare, professional services, infrastructure projects, cross-border trade and investment, professional associations, the Arts, property sector, charitable organisations and government business enterprises and authorities.
