Debra has been Managing Director and owner of Knight Mattingly Coffee Roasters (KMCR) since 2008. Following Debra’s ownership of the business, KMCR has won a string of awards, including numerous medals for its coffee and customer service.

Her business training started with an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, New York, where she graduated in the top 10 per cent.

In addition to managing KMCR, Debra has been involved in a number of not-for-profit activities, including being a member of the Melbourne Grammar School Council and sitting on its Finance and Planning Committee. She was the inaugural Chair of the Mac.Rob Foundation and served as Vice-President of the Palladians Association.

Debra was a director of the Victorian Women’s Trust for many years, Chair of the Monash Gallery of Art, and Treasurer of the Lyceum Club.
